고등학교 특수학급 교사의 직업교육 중요도 인식 분석

본 연구는 고등학교 특수학급 교사의 직업교육 중요도 인식을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 목적을 달성하기 위해 학교유형, 학교소재지, 직업교육 연수여부에 따라 고등학교 특수학급 교사들의 직업교육 중요도 인식에 어떤 차이가 있는가라는 연구문제를 선정하고, 전국 99개 고등학교의 특수학급 교사 144명을 대상으로 직업교육 중요도 인식조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, 첫째, 인문계 고등학교 특수학급 교사들은 현직연수 실시를 중요하게 인식하는 반면, 전문계 고등학교 특수학급 교사들은 가족참여 보장을 중요하게 인식하며, 둘째, 중․소도시나 읍․면 고등학교 특수학급 교사들은 시설․설비와 교재․교구 및 기자재 확충을 중요하게 인식하나, 대도시와 중․소도시 고등학교 특수학급 교사들은 미취업 졸업생 평생교육시설 입소 알선을 중요하게 인식하고, 셋째, 직업교육 연수를 이수한 특수학급 교사들은 그렇지 않은 교사들에 비해 직무분석과 직무조정 등을 더 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 고등학교 특수학급 교사들은 학교유형과 학교소재지 및 직업교육 연수여부에 따라 직업교육 중요도 인식에 차이를 나타낸다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze differences of recognition of the importance on the vocational education of special class teachers in high school by school type, school location, and in-service education. To achieve this purpose, questions were established what differences exist for Importance on the vocational education of special class teachers in high school by school type, school location, and in-service education? In order to find the answers to the above questions, this study surveyed a recognition of the importance on the vocational education of 144 special class teachers in 99 high schools. The data was analyzed by ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows; First, recognition of the importance on the vocational education of special class teachers in high school is higher in the vocational high schools teachers than academic high school teachers. Second, recognition of the importance on the vocational education of special class teachers in high school is higher in the metropolis teachers than small cities teachers. Third, recognition of the importance on the vocational education of special class teachers in high school is higher in teachers who received in-service education than teachers who didn’t receive it. Therefore, recognition of the importance on the vocational education of special class teachers in high school are higher in the vocational high schools teachers than academic high school teachers, in the metropolis teachers than small cities teachers and in teachers who received in-service education than teachers who didn’t receive it.
