어린이집 보육교사의 감성지능, 의사소통능력, 셀프리더십이 교사역량에 미치는 영향 연구
A Study on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Communication Ability, and Self-leadership of Nursery Teachers on Teacher Competency

본 연구는 보육교사 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 보육교사의 역량 수준이 어떠한지 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 보육교사의 역량 관계를 알아보고, 감성지능, 셀프리더십이 보육교사의 역량에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 현직의 보육교사 350명을 대상으로 설문조사에 필요한 설문지를 배부하고 최종적으로 311부를 연구에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계적 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검증, 일원분산분석, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 통계적인 유의성을 검증하였다, 연구 결과, 첫째, 보육교사 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 보육교사의 역량에 관한 인식은 모두 평균 이상으로 나타났으며, 배경변인에 따른 인식 차이를 살펴보면, 셀프리더십은 연령, 경력에서, 보육교사의 역량은 기관 유형, 학력, 자격증, 경력, 담당 연령에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 반면, 감성지능능력은 유의미가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 보육교사 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 보육교사의 역량 간 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 하위 변인을 살펴보면, 감성지능의 모든 하위변인은 보육교사의 역량에 모든 하위변인과 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셀프리더십은 행동 중심적인 전략과 건설적인 사고 패턴전략, 자연적인 보상 전략 순으로 정적인 상관관계를 보였고, 보육교사의 역량에 모든 하위변인에 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 보육교사의 감성지능에 하위요인 중 타인 감성이해, 감성 활용은 보육교사의 역량에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 감성조절은 보육과정의 이해를 제외한 모든 하위변인에서 유의미하지 않았다. 셀프리더십 하위요인 중 행동 중심적인 전략은 보육교사의 역량 중 ‘교육과정 이해’를 제외한 보육교사의 역량에 모든 하위변인 에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자연적인 보상전략은‘교육과정 이해’와‘개인적인 자질’,‘영유아의 보호’에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셀프리더십 하위변인 중 건설적인 사고패턴 전략은 ‘교육과정 이해’와‘개인적인 자질’,‘영유아의 보호’,‘교육계획 수립’에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 보육교사 감성지능과 셀프리더십이 높을수록 보육교사의 역량이 높아진다는 것을 의미하고, 보육교사의 역량을 예측하는 변인으로 보육교사 감성지능과 셀프리더십의 중요성을 밝혔다. 이러한 결과를 통해 영유아의 보육활동 수행과정에 있어서 필요한 전문적인 지식을 바탕으로 보육교사의 가장 기본적 자질인 보육교사의 역량을 향상시키는 전략으로 감성지능, 셀프리더십의 변인을 활용한 보육교사의 교육프로그램 개발에 필요성에 기초를 마련했다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and teacher competency of daycare center teachers, and the influence of emotional intelligence and self-leadership on teacher competency. The collected data verified statistical significance through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-verification and one-way variance analysis, Pearson's titration correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program. Looking at the differences according to background variables, self-leadership showed significant differences in age and career, and teacher competency showed significant differences in institutional type, educational background, certificate, career, and age in charge. Second, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and teacher competency of daycare center teachers. Third, the emotional utilization of children's emotional intelligence of children's emotional intelligence, but emotional utilization was not significantly affected by teachers' history. Based on these results, the paper is meaningful in that it laid the foundation for the development of teacher education programs using emotional intelligence and self-leadership factors as a strategy to improve teacher competency, which is the most basic quality as an infant teacher.
