예비유아교사의 정서지능이 성취목표지향성과 교사효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 정서지능이 성취목표지향성과 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 251명의 예비유아교사들이 자기보고식 설문을 완성하였고, 자료 분석은 Pearson의 적률상관관계, 단계별 회귀분석을 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 정서지능과 성취목표지향성의 각 하위 영역은 수행회피지향성을 제외 하고는 긍정적인 상관관계를 보였고, 정서지능은 학습목표지향성에 대한 설명력은 높았으나, 이에 비해 수행회피지향성에 대해서는 낮은 설명력을 보였다. 둘째, 예비교사의 전체 정서지능 및 하위영역과 일반적 효능감, 개인적 효능감과 전체 교사효능감은 각각 모두 긍정적인 상관관계를 보였고, 정서지능은 일반적 효능감 및 개인적 효능감에 대해 유의미한 설명력을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 예비교사의 정서지 능을 함양하기 위한 방안들을 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study examined the effects of emotional intelligence on achievement goal orientations and teacher efficacy among pre-service early childhood teachers. Data were collected from 251 pre-service early childhood teachers. All research variables were measured using by self-reported questionnaires, and were analyzed using Pearsonʼs correlation , and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as followed. First, emotional intelligence of pre-service early childhood teachers had positive relations with their achievement goal orientations. Also, it had an effect on pre-service early childhood teachersʼ achievement goal orientations. Secondly, pre-service early childhood teachers’ emotional intelligence showed positive relations with teacher efficacy. And, it had an effect on their teacher efficacy. Based on the results, several ways were discussed to improve pre-service teachers’ emotional intelligence.
