국어교사의 쓰기평가 태도에 대한 조사 연구

이 연구에서는 국어교사의 쓰기평가 태도를 측정하기 위한 검사 문항을 구성하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 선행연구를 검토한 후 문항 초안을 작성한 다음 예비검사를 거쳐 본 검사 문항을 확정하였다. 본 검사 문항은 국어교사 334명에게 투입하여 쓰기평가 태도 반응을 수집하였다. 본 검사의 반응 자료를 바탕으로 검사 문항의 양호도를 분석하고 구성요인을 찾기 위한 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 2차례의 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 고윳값이 1.0 이상인 요인 4개를 발견하였다. 이 요인 4개의 전체 설명 변량은 57.383이었다. 요인1(6개 문항)은 ‘쓰기평가 수행 인식’, 요인2(6개 문항)는 ‘쓰기평가 관리 노력’, 요인3(5개 문항)은 ‘쓰기평가 효능감’, 요인4(5개 문항)는 ‘쓰기평가 친숙성’으로 명명되었다. 이 연구에서 얻은 총 22개의 문항을 통해 국어교사 쓰기평가 태도를 측정할 수 있다. 국어교사 쓰기평가 태도의 구성요인과 검사 문항을 좀 더 확정적으로 결정하기 위해서는 확인적 요인분석이 이후 연구에서 이루어질 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to development of writing assessment attitude tool(WAAT) for Korean language teachers. To support this aim, draft items of WAAT were made according to the established constructive elements of the advanced researches, and were asked 2 experienced Korean language teachers to review these items. After pre-test for the revised items of WATT, the these items of WATT were ask 334 Korean language teachers to response them. In this paper the 4 factors beyond eigenvalues 1.0 were find out after the second exploratory factor analysis. The first factor(6 items) was called ‘performance awareness of writing assessment’, and the second factor(6 items) was called ‘management effort for writing assessment’. The third factor(4 items) was related to ‘self-efficacy for writing assessment’, and the forth factor was related to ‘familiarity of writing assessment’.
