초록

본 연구는 국어교사의 쓰기 지도 효능감을 요인별로 세분화하여 측정할 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Graham et al.(2001)의 쓰기 지도 효능감 검사 문항 중 개인적 쓰기 지도 효능감을 묻는 문항과 박영민․최숙기(2009)의 교사 효능감 검사 문항 중 일부를 쓰기 지도 상황에 맞게 변형시킨 문항을 바탕으로 하여 검사 문항을 마련하였다, 개발된 문항을 바탕으로 하여 예비검사를 거쳐 18개의 문항을 확정한 후, 이를 본 검사에 투입하였다. 본 검사는 전국의 국어교사 302명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 수집된 자료는 구인 타당도 및 공인 타당도를 검증한 후 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과 총 15개 문항이 2개의 요인으로 분석되었으며, 각 구성 요인은 ‘쓰기 지도 자신감’과 ‘쓰기 지도 전략 효능감’으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발한 국어교사의 쓰기 지도 효능감 검사 도구는 국어교사의 쓰기 지도 효능감을 측정하는데 있어, 실질적인 도움을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop testing tools that can measure the efficacy in writing instruction by Korean teachers by factor. To do this, test questions were prepared by modifying some of the questions testing the efficacy of teachers made by Park, Young Min and Choi, Suk, Gi(2001) and the questions about the efficacy in private writing instruction of the questions testing the efficacy in writing instruction made by of the Graham et al. (2001) to suit the actual situation and 18 questions were finally selected to be used for this testing, targeting 320 Korean language teachers nationwide, and a factor analysis of collected data collected was conducted after the verification of construct validity and concurrent validity. As a result, a total of 15 questions were analyzed as 2 factors and each constituent appeared as ‘confidence in writing instruction’ and ‘writing instruction strategy efficacy’ The tools testing the in writing instruction by Korean language teachers is expected to provide practical helps to measuring the efficacy in writing instruction by Korean language teachers.
