문학교육에서 이루어지는 ‘쓰기활동’에 대한 고찰 -

지금까지의 문학교육은 주로 문학 작품을 읽고 이해, 수용하는 활동을 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 이러한 교육 방법만으로는 학습자가 교수-학습 장면에 능동적으로 참여하거나 자신의 감상을 표현할 기회가 부족해 학습자 중심의 교육이 이루어지기 어렵다. ‘쓰기활동’은 학습자, 과정, 생산을 중시하기에 기존의 교사, 결과, 수용을 중심으로 이루어지는 문학교육의 한계를 보완할 수 있다. ‘쓰기활동’은 읽기 중심으로 이루어지는 문학교육에서 내면화와 외면화를 돕는 구체적이면서도 실질적인 방법이 된다. 본고는 2015 개정 교육과정이 반영된 문학교과서의 [문학의 본질] 단원을 중심으로 교과서에 구현된 ‘쓰기활동’의 특징과 비중을 살펴보고, ‘쓰기활동’이 어떠한 방향으로 개선되어야 하는지에 대해 대안을 모색하고자 하였다. 교과서의 구성 및 교수-학습에서의 ‘쓰기활동’은 생산, 과정, 다양성, 학습자, 실제 수행 중심으로 변화되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
By this time, literature education in the classroom was performed by the passive activity which student only read, understand and accept numerous literal works. For the reason that learner don’t participate on teaching-learning situation actively by this instructional pattern and that don’t have chance their own’s appreciation after learning experience, student-centered education does not conduct in the all classroom. ‘Writing activities’ can complement the limitations of literary education centered on existing teachers, results, and acceptance because they value learners, processes, and production. ‘Writing activity’ can be a concrete and practical way to help internalization and externalization in literary education centered on reading. This paper focuses on the [Essence of Literature] section of the Literature Textbook reflecting the 2015 revised curriculum. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of the writing activity embodied in the textbook and to find ways to improve the writing activity. The composition of textbooks and the ‘writing activity’ in teaching-learning should be centered on production, process, diversity, learners and actual performance.
