留学生のアルバイト時における日本人労働者との 交流意欲向上を目指した取り組み‒ネパール人留学生の問題認知と交流方法の指導の必要性‒

Abstract

In this paper, in recent years, we focused on the increasing tendency of Nepalese international students to interact with Japanese workers during part-time job. We clarified the problem of the international students by “the attitude survey about part-time job”. And, as a solution to these problems, we clarified the following two points. a) Instruction to promote “problem recognition” and “consciousness” of international students. b) Efforts to improve the willingness to interact by “part-time job de exchange sheet” for Nepalese international students. As a result, we clarified the following two points. ①By creating opportunities to recognize problems when interacting with Japanese workers during part-time job, Nepalese international students become more conscious and able to interact with them. ②By creating opportunities for Nepalese international students to teach how to interact with Japanese workers during part-time job, they will increase their opportunities for interaction and lead to an increase in their willingness to interact.
