도시공원의 이용행태 및 기대도와 만족도 분석 - 군산시 월명공원을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 전라북도 군산시의 전반적인 도시공원 중 하나인 월명공원에 대한 이용자들의 이용행태, 이용 전기대도, 이용 후 만족도를 파악하고, 전체적인 도시공원의 만족도에 영향을 주는 요소들을 도출하고자 하였다. 그결과 이용빈도는 군산시민 주 1회, 관광객 연 2∼3회가 가장 높았으며, 주로 등산과 산책을 위하여 방문하는 것으로 나타났다. 이용 전 기대도보다 이용 후 만족도가 하락하며, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 공통적인 요소에는 식생에서 ‘계절감은 느낄 수 있는 정도’, 시설물에서 ‘파고라, 정자 벤치의 위치와 수’가 있으며, 이 요소들은 기대도에 충족하고 도시공원 이용의 전반적인 만족도를 끌어올리기 위해 최우선적으로 고려해야 할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
This study sought to identify the users’ behavior, expectations before and after use, and satisfaction level of Wolmyeong Park, one of the overall urban parks in Gunsan, North Jeolla Province, and to derive factors that affect the overall satisfaction level of urban parks. As a result, the frequency of use was the highest once a week for Gunsan citizens and two to three times a year for tourists, mainly for hiking and take a walking. Among the common factors that not only reduce post-use satisfaction, but also affect satisfaction, are ‘the degree to which the season can be felt’ in the vegetation and ‘the location and number of the Pergola, Shelter and Benches’ in the facility, which are considered to be the top priority in order to meet the expectations and enhance the overall satisfaction of the use of urban parks.
