Abstract

With the acknowledgement about the importance of the writing competence in the society the writing education becomes nowaday mode. There are however some problems in the writing education. One of these problems relates with the fact that the writing education is concentrated too much on the competence of the logical and critical thinking, because the competence is considered as one of the most important qualities for being a leader. But we need not only the leader but also the cultivated social members who can live with others in harmony. Because the writing the autobiography is adequate for the culture education of the student, I argue in the paper that the writing education of the autobiography should be adopted in the writing education system at the university.
