複合形容詞に関する日韓対照研究―[名詞＋形容詞]型を中心に―

本稿では、日韓語における「名詞＋形容詞」型複合形容詞を中心に、構成要素の品詞性、語としての特徴、格関係、意味的結合度、形態･品詞の変化の観点から分類を行ない、両言語の異同を分析した。その結果をまとめると次のようである。 (ⅰ)構成要素の品詞性から分類すると、日韓語において共通するタイプと異なるタイプが存在する。 (ⅱ)日韓語ともに語彙的緊密性を持っている。 (ⅲ)日韓語ともに主格関係のタイプが最も多い。 (ⅳ)意味的結合度から分類すると、日韓語ともに「単純型」と「融合型」、「中間型」がある。 (ⅴ)日本語には形態変化のあるものと品詞転換のあるものがある。
Abstract
This paper compared and contrasted compound adjectives of the "noun+adjective" type in Japanese and Korean, classifying them in terms of the parts of speech of constituents, their features as word, case relations, degree of semantic coupling, and morphology in terms of differences between the two languages, yielding the following results. (ⅰ) In terms of the parts of speech of constituents, there are types common to Japanese and Korean as well as different types. (ⅱ) Both Japanese and Korean exhibit lexical integrity. (ⅲ) In both Japanese and Korean, the most common case relation is the nominative case relationship. (ⅳ) When classified by degree of semantic coupling, both Japanese and Korean have a "simple type," "fusion type," and "intermediate type" of compound adjectives. (ⅴ) In Japanese, there are cases of morphological changes and cases of conversions of parts of speech.
