Nowadays, the studies on the construction of cultural item for korean learner have actively accomplished, because the interest of cultural education in korean education as foreign language has highly increased. The construction of cultural item for marriage female immigrants who have to live in korea during their life has to be made up of items which are reflected on certain condition of learners. This study grasps the current problems of cultural education, examining the way to construct cultural item for marriage female immigrants on the basis of traits of cultural item in korean textbooks. The patterns of cultural items for marriage female immigrants were less than the number of items among other korean textbooks. The device to resolve these problems of cultural items is as following. Firstly, the patterns of cultural items are magnified as korean society, life and culture, popular culture, art and culture, traditional culture and linguistic culture. Secondly, levels of cultural education are divided into beginner’s grade and intermediate grade. The patterns on the korean society and life and culture which marriage female immigrants have to know basically in korean lives are constructed. The contents of items in korean society, and life and culture are treated deeply and at the same time, the items are magnified toward popular culture, art and culture, and linguistic culture. Thirdly, beginner’s grade is centered around understanding of cultural traits in korea, and intermediate grade is treated around activities for making use of the contents which were already learned in beginner’s grade in living.
