본 연구는 RC의 비교과 프로그램 운영 사례를 바탕으로, RC의 전인적인 교육 효과를 확인하고 그 방향성을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대전대학교 HRC의 비교과 프로그램 현황을 살펴보고, 학습자의 부담을 줄이고 흥미를 가질 만한 영화 토론형 비교과 프로그램을 설계하고 실질적으로 운영하였다. 프로그램 종료 이후 학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 참여도 및 만족도를 분석함으로써 RC 비교과 프로그램의 교육적 효과를 확인하고 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 영화를 매개로 한 토론은 학생들에게 RC 공동체 구성원으로서의 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력을 요구함으로써 사회적 상호작용을 가능케 한다. 영화 토론형 비교과 프로그램은 RC가 추구해야 할 비교과 교육을 위한 방향성을 수립하고 지속가능한 교육 플랫폼으로서의 모델을 제안한다는 측면에서 의미가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm the overall educational effect of RC and suggest its direction based on the comparison and program operation cases of RC. To this end, we examined the current status of the comparison department program at Daejeon University HRC, designed and practically operated a film discussion-type comparison department program that would reduce the burden on learners and be interested. After the end of the program, a survey was conducted on learners to confirm the educational effect of the RC comparison department program and suggest improvement measures by analyzing participation and satisfaction. Film-mediated discussions enable social interaction by asking students for communication skills and problem-solving skills as members of the RC community. The film discussion-type comparison department program is meaningful in that it establishes a direction for comparison and education that RC should pursue and proposes a model as a sustainable education platform.
