The purpose of this research is to investigate the errors and use of 'ei' of Koreanlearners using the Korean learners' corpus. Specifically, it investigated howelementary, middle, and high-level learners in Chinese, Japanese, and Englishuse the 'ei' and figured out the differences. Until now, research on the 'ei' has focused only on error analysis. There is alimitation in that it is not possible to investigate the learner's language useaspects, including parts that are not errors. Accordingly, in this study, in order tostudy the 'ei', we investigated all the errors and use aspects, including non-errorparts that appear when the learner uses 'ei'. Focusing on the difference between proficiency and native languages, this studyis to analyzes what use aspects and errors appear in the process of acquiring the'ei'. Regardless of the learner's proficiency and native languages, Korean learnersused 'time' and 'destination' of the 'ei' a lot and can be used accurately, but 'place'and 'target' were not used relatively accurately. The errors of 'ei' were mainlydivided into four categories: 'Replacement', 'Omission', 'Addition', 'Misform'. Based on this study, the interlanguage development system of the 'ei' of Koreanlearners can be identified, and necessary information for Korean languageeducation can be provided.
