This article examines the importance and performance of good class constructionsin the eyes of Korean teachers. From October 16th to October 24th, 2021, 125Korean teachers were surveyed online, and the results of 123 teachers wereexamined. The questionnair was divided into four primary areas of good class,each of which contained major characteristics that could be rated on a Likets-5scale of the importance and performance. There is a significant differencebetween importance and performance on 24 parameters, according to the t-testused to examine the difference between the importance and performance. Inaddition, there are three elements that should be prioritized in order to improve,nine factors that should be maintained in order to perform well, and three factorsthat should be avoided overexertion.
