유아교사의 신체표현 교수태도와 교수효능감이 신체표현 교수실제 및 교수불안에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 신체표현 교수태도와 교수효능감이 신체표현 교수실제 및 교수불안에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 부산, 경남 지역에 소재한 유치원 32개 기관의 교사 300명을 대상으로 질문지를 배부하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 신뢰도 검증, 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관관계 분석, 다중공선성 진단, 위계적 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 신체표현 교수태도와 교수효능감은 신체표현 교수실제에 정적 영향을 미치는 예측변인으로 나타났다. 특히, 신체표현 교수태도의 흥미 및 부담감과 신체표현활동을 위한 준비가 신체표현 교수실제에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 신체표현 교수효능감의 결과기대 효능감과 개인적 신체표현 효능감 모두 신체표현 교수실제에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 유아교사의 신체표현 교수태도와 교수효능감은 신체표현 교수불안에 부적 영향을 미치는 예측변인으로 나타났다. 신체표현 교수태도의 흥미 및 부담감, 직접적 조작에 의한 신체표현활동, 신체표현활동의 필요성 및 발달적 적합성이 신체표현 교수불안에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 신체표현 교수효능감 중에서는 개인적 신체표현 교수효능감이 신체표현 교수불안에 영향을 미쳤다. 이 연구는 유아교사의 신체표현 교수실제와 교수불안에 있어 신체표현 교수태도와 교수효능감의 중요성을 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence physical expression teaching attitudes of early childhood teachers and physical expression teaching efficacy and physical expression teaching practices and physical expression teaching anxiety. Distributed a questionnaire targeting teachers 300 people in 32 preschool institutions located in Busan, Gyeongnam For this purpose the data were collected. The collected data were analyzed through a reliability test, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis moments of Pearson, multicollinearity diagnostics, hierarchical regression analysis. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, Physical expression teaching attitudes, Physical expression teaching efficacy as predictors showed a positive effect on Physical expression teaching practices. Second, Physical expression teaching attitudes and Physical expression teaching efficacy as predictors affect Physical expression teaching anxiety. This study is significant in the Physical expression teaching practices and Physical expression teaching anxiety of the importance of Physical expression teaching attitudes and Physical expression teaching efficacy.
