예비유아교사들의 교육실습불안에 대한 인식: 자아탄력성 및 교수효능감에 끼치는 영향을 중심으로
Pre-service Teachers’ Recognition of Teaching Anxiety: Focusing on its Impact on Ego-resilience and Teaching Efficacy

본 연구는 예비 유아교사들이 가진 교육실습불안, 교수효능감, 그리고 자아탄력성이라는 변인들의 상관관계를 분석하고, 또한 교육실습 불안이 이들의 가진 교수효능감 및 자아탄력성에 끼치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 실시되었다. 이를 목적으로 경상남도에 위치한 4년제 대학교 유아교육과와 3년제 대학교 유아교육과의 교육실습생 재학생 137명을 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 자료를 회수한 뒤 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson 상관관계와 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사들의 교육실습불안은 교수효능감과의 비교적 높은 부적 상관관계 (-0.665, p < 0.05)를 나타내었던 반면 그 외의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의미한 수치를 나타내지는 않았다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석을 통해 예비 유아교사들이 가진 교수효능감이 교육실습불안에 대한 유의미한 설명력을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 예비유아교사들의 성공적인 교육실습을 이루어내기 위해 교수효능감을 중점적으로 높일 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있었다.
Abstract
The study was investigated to measure the pre-service early childhood teachers’ statistics levels of teaching practicum anxiety, teaching efficacy, and ego resilience, and to measure how each factor affects the other two factors. For the measuring purpose, 137 pre-service teachers of four-years- and three-years colleges located in Gyeongsannam-do participated. Both Pearson correlation as well as multiple regressions analysis tests were conducted using SPSS 25.0 after retrieving the participants’ responses from a questionnaire. The results indicated a relatively high negative correlation (r=-0.665, p < 0.05), while the other correlations had no statistically significant differences. Also, he multiple regression analysis tests showed that pre-serivce teachers’ teaching efficacy appears to affect their practicum anxiety. The results in the present study suggested implications for developing college education programs to enhance pre-service teachers’ teaching efficacy.
