교회 항존직 본질과 세습 폐단에 관한 신학적 연구

역사적으로 교회 항존직 직분은 교회를 세우는데 큰 기둥이요. 교회조직의 근거가 되었다. 그러나 항존직분으로 인해서 오늘날 교회를 세우는데 긍정적인면도 있지만 부정적인 면도 많아 세습과 성직매매가 양성화되었고, 성직으로 인한 금전적 거래와 매매행위가 한국교회의 비웃음거리가 되고 있다. 그래서 교회직분의 항존직의 본질과 성직매매와 세습 폐단에 관한 신학적 연구를 하고자하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 첫째는 예수의 제자직분은 주의 명령(마태4:19; 마태28:18-20)에서 기인하고, 다른 한편은 성령의 조종에 의하여 사도로, 전도자로, 평신도로 직분을 세웠다(행전13:1-3). 그래서 초대교회는 평신도들이 목회전문가를 투표로서 선택하여 교회를 치리하고, 설교와 성례를 베풀게 하였다. 둘째는 중세 가톨릭교회는 교권의 강화로 황제가 사제와 감독을 임명하여 감독직이 세습되고 종속되어 위계제도가 생기게 되었으며, 성서에 입각한 루터의 종교개혁은 평신도의 사제직 회복을 주장하게 되었고, 칼빈은 모든 평신도들이 그리스도의 몸이요, 교회로서 하나의 공동체의 직분임을 주장한다. 그래서 사제직분을 감당하는 그리스도의 지체들이다. 셋째는 역사적으로 성직매매 행위, 성례를 조건으로 금전 징수행위, 재산상속과 더불어 세습이 관례로 되어 왔다. 그러나 특히 16세기 트렌트 공의회에서 매매행위와 세습을 엄격하게 통제하였다. 그래서 사제의 결혼은 교회재산을 사유화 할 수 있기 때문에 사제들의 독신을 강조하도록 공의회에서 금지하였다. 넷째로 오늘날의 한국교회 목사와 장로의 항존직의 문제는 게으름과 나태, 탈진, 그리고 교회재정의 불투명, 교회자본주와 세습, 사유화, 대형교회의 맘모니즘 등으로 문제되고 있다. 그래서 상회기관의 공적통제와 교회내의 공동체성, 민주적인 기구에 의해서 공교회성과 평신도들의 공동체성을 회복해야 한다.
Abstract
Historically, the Presidency of the Church is the main pillar of the Church. It was the basis of the church system. However, although there are some positive aspects to the establishment of the church today due to its antigenous position, hereditary succession and trading of the clergy has been nurtured, and money transactions and sales activities caused by the clergy have become a laughing stock of the Korean Church. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to conduct a theological study on the nature of the anti-sustaining profession of church posts and on the sale of priests and the abolition of hereditary power succession. The first is that Jesus's apprenticeship stems from the order of the Lord (Matai 4:19; Matthew28:18-20) and the other was established as an apostle, preacher and layman by the control of the Holy Spirit (Article 13:1-3). So the church had the rank-and-file members elect the pastoral expert to conduct the church and to preach and baptize it. Second, the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages claims that the strengthening of church authority led the emperor to appoint priests and directors, resulting in the succession and subordination of supervisory posts, and that the religious reform of Luther based on the Bible has led to the claim of restoring the priestly position of the layman, and that all lay believers are the body of Christ, and a part of a community as a church. So these are the delays of Christ in dealing with the priestly duties. Thirdly, it has historically been customary to carry out acts of clergy, collect money on the condition of baptism, and inherit property. In particular, however, the 16th century Trent Council strictly controlled trade and hereditary power transfer. Therefore, the council prohibited the marriage of priests from emphasizing the self-righteousness of priests because it could privatize church property. Fourth, the problems of today's Korean church pastor and the Presidency of the Presbyterian Church are the problems of laziness, laziness, exhaustion, and the uncertainty of church finances, church capital and hereditary power succession, privatization, and mammothism in large churches. Therefore, the public control of the upper chamber institution, the communion within the church, and the communion of the lay believers should be restored by democratic institutions.
