효과적인 수퍼비전 요소에 관한 수퍼바이저의 지각 연구

수퍼비전의 성과와 관련된 주제는 많은 연구자들의 관심사이며, 수퍼비전 성과를 높이는 방안에 대한 탐색은 매우 의미있는 작업이다. 본 연구에서는 수퍼비전 성과와 관련된 연구들이 주로 수퍼바이지 관점에서 이루어져 온 것에 대해 문제제기를 하고, 문헌 검토를 통해 수퍼비전 성과에 영향을 주는 효과적인 수퍼비전 요소들을 제시하였다. 선행 연구들을 살펴본 결과, 수퍼비전 관계, 상담 기술 개발, 피드백, 수퍼바이저 특성 및 역량 등 네 가지가 효과적인 수퍼비전 요소로 도출되었다. 이중 수퍼비전 관계는 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지 모두에게 수퍼비전의 핵심 요인으로 인식되고 있었다. 그러나 수퍼바이지들은 실제 상담에 사용하는 상담 기술 개발을, 수퍼바이저는 평가 역할을 하는 피드백을 다른 요소들보다 상대적으로 중요한 요소로 지각하고 있었다. 또한 각 요소별로 세부 항목에 따라 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지의 지각에서 차이가 발견되었다. 결론에서 본 연구의 내용을 요약하고, 수퍼비전 운영 기준 마련과 수퍼바이저 교육 프로그램 개발을 후속 연구로 제안하였다.
Abstract
Many researchers have studied supervision outcomes and it is important for them to explore the way to achieve supervision outcomes. This study reviewed on effective supervision components for outcomes of supervision. As a result of this study, effective components was turned out to be a supervisory relationship, a development of counseling skills and techniques, feedback, and supervisor characteristics and competencies. Supervisors and supervisees both considered that the supervisory relationship is the most core factor in supervision. But supervisors regarded feedback as more important than development of counseling skills and techniques, supervisees valued development of counseling skills and techniques more than feedback. There were differences to contents perceived by supervisors and supervisees in each component. I discussed about this issues from the viewpoint of supervisors than that of supervisees. And i made a suggestions for the needs of study on perception of supervisor. I summarized the main contents of this study and discussed future research directions in conclusion.
