본 연구의 목적은 학교사회복지사 수련 제도에서 슈퍼비전을 실행하는데 지침이 될 만한 모형을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 결과를 바탕으로 학교사회복지와 슈퍼비전 관련 학계 및 현장 전문가 30명을 대상으로 2라운드에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 조사결과 수련 슈퍼비전 모형에 슈퍼비전 목적(14문항), 슈퍼바이저 선임과 자격(7문항), 슈퍼바이저 직무와 역량(48문항), 슈퍼비전 구조(9문항), 슈퍼비전 기능(34문항), 슈퍼비전 단계별 과업(23문항) 등이 도출되었다. 수련 슈퍼비전의 목적으로 학교사회복지사의 역할과 책무성에 대한 명확한 이해, 학교사회복지사에게 요구되는 자질, 태도, 지식, 기술 습득 등이 제시되었으며, 학교사회복지 철학과 가치가 실무에 반영될 수 있도록 지도, 학교 특성과 여건을 고려해 학교사회복지의 비전과 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 지도 등의 직무가 도출되었다. 수련 슈퍼비전에서 학교사회복지 실천 활동 기록 작성 및 관리, 사례관리 능력 함양, 수련생의 강점 발견 및 약점 보완 논의, 교내외 통합사례회의 팀의 원활한 운영 등의 관리, 개발, 지지, 중재 기능의 슈퍼비전이 이루어져야 함이 규명되었다. 이 외에도 수련 슈퍼비전에서 준비, 시작, 실행, 평가 및 종결 단계 등 각 단계별로 진행되어야 하는 세부과업이 제시되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 추후 수련 슈퍼비전을 추진하고 정착하는데 있어 고려해야 할 사항을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present a model that can be used as a guideline to implement the supervision in school social worker training system. For this purpose, a two-round Delphi survey was conducted with 30 academics and field experts related to school social work and supervision. The results of the survey showed that the training supervision model included the following subjects: supervision purpose (14 items), supervisor appointment and qualification (7 items), supervisor duties and abilities(48 items), supervision structure (9 items), supervision function (34 items), and supervision tasks (23 questions). The purpose of supervision were identified as the clear understanding of the school social worker's role and accountability and the acquiring of the qualities, attitudes, knowledge, and skills required for school social workers. The supervisor’s duties were identified as guiding to the social work philosophy and value taking into practice, to the accounting to the characteristics and circumstances of each school to achieve the vision and purpose of school social work. The functions of supervision were the management, development, support, and mediation, which are included managing and recording of practice activities, empowering case management ability, identifying supervises’ strength and weakness, running school integrated case conference, and etc. In addition to this, a detailed task that should be carried out in each step such as preparation, start, execution, evaluation, and termination is suggested in the training supervision. Based on the results of these findings, we discussed issues to be considered in promoting and setting up the training supervision.
