본 연구는 교육복지우선지원사업의 전담 인력인 교육복지 현장 사회복지 실천가 대상 슈퍼비전 모형을 개발하고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 이는 교육복지 현장에서 안정적으로 슈퍼비전을 운영하기 위한 기본틀을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 네 가지 연구문제를 상정하였는데, 연구문제는 첫째, 교육복지 현장 사회복지 실천가 대상 슈퍼비전의 목적은 무엇인지, 둘째, 교육복지 현장 사회복지 슈퍼비전을 통해 유익을 얻거나 영향을 받는 사람 또는 조직은 누구인지, 셋째, 교육복지 현장 사회복지 슈퍼비전이 제 기능을 발휘하기 위해 담겨야 하는 내용은 무엇인지, 넷째, 교육복지 현장 사회복지 슈퍼비전의 반영적인 과정을 촉진하기 위해 각 과정에서 요구되는 주요 기술은 무엇인지이다. 연구를 위한 방법으로 포커스그룹인터뷰, 델파이조사가 진행되었다. 본 연구를 통해 교육복지 현장 슈퍼비전 핵심 요소들을 종합해 ‘교육복지 현장 사회복지 슈퍼비전 통합 모델’을 개발하였다. 위의 연구 결과를 토대로 시도교육청 차원에서 교육복지사업의 인력 관리 및 사업의 질 관리를 위한 중요한 축으로서 교육복지 현장 실천가들의 슈퍼비전 체계를 구축하고 지침을 제공할 것을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study has been purposed to develop an effective model of supervision for the school field social welfare executor who is in educational welfare priority support project. It is aimed to provide a basic form of stable supervision working in educational welfare spot. Suggested considerations are-first, what supervision is aimed for school field social welfare executor, second, who are the beneficiary organizations or the influenced by its supervision system, third, what to need to establish efficiently functioned supervision, and fourth what are mainly requested technical requirements in the process of enforcing reflective supervision. Focus group interviews reflected in this research has reviewed the aims of educational welfare and consequences of the stakeholders. And Delphi research based on Focus group interview has clarified function of supervision in educational welfare system, cycles. On the basis of the research, this study suggested a proposal and implications in the view of theoretical, practical, and political dimension. It is essential to establish good supervision system and present guideline for social workers to manage human resource in Education Office and Municipal Ministry of Education and qualitative business operation in education welfare sector. It is recommended supervision must be positively adopted in school and Local Education Office and regularized as a mechanism to foster professional expertise in social welfare.
