초등학교 1학년 학생들의 한글 해득 수준 향상을 위한 지원 요구 분석

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the methods to improve Hangul literacy of primary school entrants to enhance the Hangul literacy policy in the 2015 revised national curriculum. For this purpose, this study is to make survey to the teachers, parents and school supervisor who experienced the Hangul literacy policy in the 2009 revised national curriculum on the primary school entrants’ actual conditions of hangul literacy and their effect on the school life and the needs for enhancing primary school entrants’ the Hangul literacy. As a result, this study suggested three methods as a government policy support. First, the standardized tests and remedial programs of Hangul literacy of the primary school entrants have to be developed and come into wide use. Secondly, the plan of the improvement Hangul literacy of the primary school entrants has to contain the various needs of the individual students’ different level of Hangul literacy. Third, the environment for using Korean language has to be developed and experts of Hangul literacy has to be placed in the local level.
