In order to develop 「Korean Chinese Characters Dictionary For Chinese Learners」，we studied the lexicography characteristics and specific dictionary compiling principles of Korean Chinese characters dictionary. Firstly we analyzed Chinese Korean Learners' needs, then we formulated the contents and characteristics of Korean Chinese characters dictionary. We defined this dictionary as learners' dictionary, which has the characteristics of both monolingual and bilingual dictionaries. This dictionary is also semantic interpretation dictionary，receptive dictionary and productive dictionary, which include Korean entries, explanation and comparison section, Chinese side entries. In the section of comparison, the lexical meaning and grammatical meaning of characters should be analyzed in more detail. In addition, the editing principles of Korean Chinese characters dictionary are explored.
