공감은 협동과 팀워크를 원활하게 만들어 조직을 변화시키는 주요한 요인이다. 그동안 공감을 당연한 것으로 받아들이거나 아니면 공감을 간과하고 무시하였으며, 학교에서나 사회에서 공감을 육성하는 데 시간도, 노력도 별로 기울이지 않았다. 이제 개인적으로 인간관계의 표피화와 사회적으로 분노사회의 도래를 억제하기 위한 교육적 노력은 매우 중요한 도덕과 교육의 중차대한 과제라고 여겨진다. 이런 전제하에 본고에서는 공감의 도덕적 의미, 공감의 스펙트럼과 공감의 필요성, 공감의 결핍시 나타나는 문제, 공감 발달의 매커니즘 등을 탐색한 후 공감 역량을 키우기 위한 도덕교육 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
Abstract
Empathy is an important factor in transforming an organization by facilitating collaboration and teamwork. However, we either have neglected empathy or made light of empathy and ignored it. We did not devote much time and effort to fostering empathy in school or society. It is now considered that the educational efforts to suppress the epidermization of human relations individually and the advent of the social anger society socially are very important tasks in moral education. Under this presupposition, first of all this study explores moral meaning of empathy, necessity of empathy, problem of empathy deficiency, mechanism of empathy development. In the second place, this paper is going to seek for the methods of moral education to develope empathy capability.
