본 연구는 크게 두 가지의 목적을 설정하여 진행되었다. 첫 번째는 초등학생에게 적용 가능한 ‘공정’의 도덕 개념을 정리하는 것이다. 그리고 두 번째는 ‘공정’의 도덕 개념을 초등 도덕과 교육, 그중에서도 수업의 실제에 적용하는 것이다. ‘공정’은 6차 교육과정에서부터 현행 교육과정 기간까지도 주요하게 다루어지던 내용 요소이다. 특히 2022 개정 초등 도덕과 교육과정에서는 공정의 원리를 파악하여 실생활에 적용하는 것을 강화하고 있다. 하지만 수업 상황에서의 구체적인 적용 방안에 대한 논의는 부족한 면이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘공정’의 도덕 개념을 초등학생에게 적용 가능한 수준으로 논의하고, 초등 도덕과 수업의 실제에 적용하는 방안 한 가지를 제안하고 있다.
Abstract
This study was conducted by setting two main objectives. The first is to summarize the academic concept of 'fairness' applicable to elementary school students. And the second is to apply the academic concept of "fairness" to elementary moral subject education, especially in the practice of classes. "Fairness" is a content element that has been mainly dealt with from the 6th curriculum to the current curriculum period. In particular, the 2022 revised elementary moral curriculum is reinforcing the understanding of the principle of fairness and applying it to real life. However, discussions on specific application plans in class situations are insufficient. Therefore, this study discusses the academic concept of "fairness" to a level applicable to elementary school students and proposes one way to apply it to the practice of elementary moral subject classes.
