초록

이 연구의 목적은 창의인재 양성을 위한 창의적 리더십 모형을 개발하고, 이를 기반으로 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 모형을 개발하기 위해 선행 문헌 및 사례를 분석, 현장 요구분석 및 전문가 검토를 거쳐 개발되었으며, 개발된 모형은 전문가로부터 타당성을 검증받았다. 창의인재 양성을 위한 창의적 리더십 모형은 리더십을 발휘할 환경과 해결해야 할 과제, 구성원들과의 관계를 중심축으로 Modeling, Visioning, Coaching, Empowering, Networking이라는 요소로 구성되며, 이들에 대한 자세한 설명이 포함되어 있다. 모형을 기반으로 한 교육프로그램은 교육내용과 방법 연구 및 사례 수집 과정을 거쳐 개발되었다. 개발된 교육프로그램의 타당성을 확인하기 위해 학교경영자 47명을 대상으로 3일 동안 20시간의 교육을 실행하였고, 교육이 끝난 후 교육 참여자들로부터 프로그램에 대한 타당성을 검증받았다. 또한 본 연구에서 모형 및 프로그램 개발 과정을 통해 도출된 논의점을 기반으로 향후 모형 개선과 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a creative leadership model for school manager, and based on that model to develop a training program. The model was developed through the literature analysis, needs analysis and expert review, and it's validity was confirmed by experts. A creative leadership model consists of five elements such as Modeling, Visioning, Coaching, Empowering, and Networking. Validation of the final model wad conducted by two phases. In the first phase, the model was validated by experts. In the second phase, the model was validated by forty-eight school manager(principles, vice-principles, and educational professions) who participated in the training program based on the model. Participants reported that the programme is effective for enhancing creative leadership. Finally, implications and future studies were suggested based on these findings.
