대학생의 학습역량 및 경력개발을 위한 e-포트폴리오 시스템의 설계 및 개발

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 학습역량 및 경력개발을 위하여 대학생활 전반의 통합적인 자료 관리와 자기진단 및 반성적 자기성찰이 가능한 e-러닝포트폴리오 시스템을 설계․계발하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 웹 콘텐츠 개발 모형을 기반으로 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 단계로 진행하였다. 시스템 개발 단계에서는 래피드 프로토타입 개발 방법론을 적용하였다. 선행 연구 및 사례 분석을 통해 e-포트폴리오의 구성요소를 도출하여 시스템의 프로토타입을 설계․개발하고, 형성 평가를 통하여 개선점을 수정․보완하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 최종 e-포트폴리오 시스템에 대한 효과성 검증을 위한 만족도 평가를 실시하였다. 최종 개발된 e-포트폴리오 시스템은 표준화된 23가지의 구성요소를 바탕으로 학생의 기본 및 학사정보 관리 기능과 학습역량 관리 기능, 경력개발 관리 기능, 성찰 기능을 제공하였다. 추가적으로 시스템 접근에 관한 권한 설정 기능, 사용자 자료 공개 설정 기능, e-포트폴리오 자료 리포팅 기능을 포함한다. 시스템의 지속적인 기능 개선과 활용 효과에 대한 검증은 후속 연구의 과제로 제언하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design and develop an e-portfolio system to permit integrated management of data, self-diagnosis and self-reflection for university students in developing learning skills and working towards career preparation. This study documented the process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation based on the development model of web contents. Rapid prototype development methodology was applied in the system developmental stage. The prototype was tested via a pilot study as well as initial usability evaluation. The components of e-portfolio were drawn from the previous research and case analysis. A prototype e-portfolio system was designed, developed, and then modified through formative evaluation. The final e-portfolio system underwent a satisfaction evaluation to determine student perceptions of its effectiveness. The final e-portfolio system was based on the standardized components of 23. It provided functions for managing personal and academic information, the creation of plans for building new learning skills, resources for career development activities, and self-reflection skills. Further functions included options for the user to open the system and export their data from the e-portfolio system.
