대학생 경력개발을 위한 e-포트폴리오 시스템구축과 운영에 관한 연구

초록

이 연구의 목적은 경력개발 e-포트폴리오의 개념과 활용 현황에 대한 문헌 고찰 및 미국대학 사례연구를 통하여 한국의 대학들이 학생들의 경력개발 준비 및 교육을 위한 경력개발 e-포트폴리오 시스템을 효과적으로 구축하고 운영할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 미국 3개 대학의 사례연구에서 볼 수 있듯이 대학들은 대학과 졸업생들의 경쟁력을 높이기 위하여 e-포트폴리오 제도를 이미 활용하고 있거나 적극적으로 도입하고 있으며 최근에 와서는 대학 컴퓨팅 서비스의 주요 요소가 되고 있다. 연구의 결과로 대학 e-포트폴리오 시스템 개발 시 포함되어야 하는 내용 구성 항목들, 관련부서와의 유기적 협조관계를 보여주는 내요구성체계표 그리고 시스템 구축 및 운영에 있어서의 유의점을 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 대학 혹은 정부차원에서 e-포트폴리오 시스템을 개발할 때 시스템 구축 및 운영을 위한 효과적인 방안을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
