본 연구는 대학교육에서 기존 교수학습 운영 시스템의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 대안으로써, 또한 교수의 교수활동과 학생 학습활동의 결과뿐 아니라 성장과정을 스스로 관리, 개발해 나갈 수 있는 시스템으로써 ‘e-교수학습 포트폴리오’를 제시하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 프레임웍과 그 구성요소를 개발하고, 활용 방법을 탐색하였다. e-교수학습 포트폴리오 프레임웍을 개발영역과 개발원리에 따라, 교수영역, 수업영역, 학습영역과 성장, 성찰, 교류, 관리로 구분하고, 주요 구성요소를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 교수와 학습에 대한 이분적인 접근을 극복하고 교수학습을 통합적인 차원에서 관리, 지원 및 개발할 수 있는 종합 시스템의 기본 체제를 마련했다는데 그 의의가 있다
Abstract
This research presents 'e-Teaching and Learning Portfolio' as an alternative to overcome the limits of existing teaching and learning management system in university education and as a system which enables self-management and self-development process as well as the results of teachers' teaching activities and students' learning activities, develops the framework and its components, and explores the methods for its application. According to its development areas and principles, e-Teaching and Learning Portfolio framework is divided into teaching area, instruction area and learning area as well as development, reflection, communication and management, and its main constituent elements are derived. The significance of this research lies in the fact that it provides the basis of integrated system which can overcome the dichotomized approach to teaching and learning and manage, support and develop teaching and learning in the integrated dimension.
