초록

연구 목적: 본 연구는 MZ세대의 전공만족도와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 전국의 대학교 졸업반 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 연구모형의 경로계수를 추정하였고, 부트스트래핑(2,000회)을 실시하여 매개효과를 측정하였다. 연구 내용: 전공만족도가 자기효능감을 경유하여 진로준비행동으로 가는 간접경로가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 전공만족도는 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향도 미치므로 자기효능감은 전공만족도와 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 부분매개함을 알 수 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 전체 인구에서 37%가량을 차지하는 MZ세대가 본격적으로 사회에 진출하고 경제의 주축을 담당하게 되었다. 본 연구가 MZ세대에 관한 연구범위의 격차를 해소하고 진로준비를 위한 방향성을 제시해주는 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

Abstract

This study aims to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior in the MZ generation. A survey was conducted on university graduates across the country, The path coefficient of the research model was estimated by applying the structural equation model, and the mediating effect was measured by performing bootstrapping (2,000 times). The result is that it was found that the indirect path from major satisfaction to career preparation behavior via self-efficacy was significant. Since major satisfaction has a direct effect on career preparation behavior, it was found that self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. The MZ generation, which accounts for about 37% of the total population, entered society in earnest and became the main axis of the economy. We hoped that this study will serve as basic data to bridge the gap in the scope of research on the MZ generation and present a direction for career preparation.
