연구 목적: 본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 처한 대학생들의 자기효능감과 진로선택몰입 간의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 전국의 대학교 266명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 측정모형을 검증한 후 경로계수를 추정하기 위해 구조방정식모형을 실시하였다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 표본 추출 분포를 추정하는 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 자기효능감이 전공만족도를 경유하여 진로선택몰입으로 가는 간접경로가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 자기효능감은 진로선택몰입에 직접적인 영향도 미치므로 전공만족도는 자기효능감과 진로선택몰입 간의 관계를 부분매개함을 알 수 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 코로나 팬더믹으로 인해 청년들의 고용상황은 악화되고, 미래사회에 대한 불확실성으로 인하여 진로에 대한 불안감이 커지고 있다. 진로선택의 패러다임이 변화하고 있는 이 시점에 본 연구가 효과적인 진로교육의 발전방향을 도출하기롤 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aims to verify the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the relationship between self-efficacy and career choice commitment of college students in the post-COVID-19 era. A survey was conducted on 266 university students across the country, a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to verify the measurement model, and a structural equation model was conducted to estimate the path coefficient. Bootstrapping was performed to verify the mediating effect. Results are as follows. It was found that the indirect path from self-efficacy to career choice commitment via major satisfaction was significant. Since self-efficacy also has a direct effect on career choice commitment, major satisfaction was found to partially mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and career choice commitment. Due to the corona pandemic, the employment situation of young people is getting worse, and anxiety about their career is growing due to uncertainty about the future society. At this time when the paradigm of career choice is changing, it is expected that this study will lead to the development of effective career education.
