연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 교육과정 재설계를 통해 운영한 서비스러닝 활동의 효과를 분석하고 참여자들이 인식하는 성과와 만족도를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 2022학년도 2학기에 A대학교에서 운영한 서비스러닝 교과 수강생 80명을 대상으로 사전, 사후검사를 실시하고 대응표본 t검증을 통해 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 서비스러닝 활동에 참여한 후에 학습자들의 자기 효능감, 진로 설계 및 목표 설정, 지역사회 참여의식이 모두 의미 있게 향상되었고, 서비스러닝에 대한 만족도가 높았다. 결론 및 제언: 서비스러닝 활동이 학습내용과 경험의 확대에 효과적이고, 학습자의 직업적 신념과 태도 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 그리고 지역사회에 대한 참여의식과 책임감, 공동체 의식 함양에도 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 서비스러닝이 학습자 개인의 성장 및 발달 측면과 사회적 측면의 성과에 모두 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Service-Learning (S-L) activities operated through curriculum redesign and to analyze the performance and satisfaction perceived by participants. In the second semester of 2022, pre- and post-test were conducted on 80 students of the S-L course, and the effect was analyzed through Paired Samples t-test. After participating in S-L, learners’ self-efficacy, career design and goal setting, and community citizenship were all improved, and satisfaction was high. S-L activities were effective in expanding learning contents and experiences, and had a positive effect on the establishment of learners’ professional beliefs and attitudes. It also positively affected fostering a sense of participation, responsibility, and community consciousness in the community. It was confirmed that S-L is effective in both the growth and development aspects of learners and the performance of social aspects.
