본 연구는 4차 산업혁명으로 변화하는 미래 전장환경에서 군의 지도자가 갖추어야 할 리더십과 통찰력의 정의를 정립하고 연계성을 확인하여 연구와 교육훈련의 발전을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구는 군사교리와 작전적 리더십과 통찰력에 대한 학술지 논문과 학위 논문을 참고하였다. 이를 통해, 작전적 리더십과 통찰력에 대한 정의를 정립하고 연계성을 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 내용은 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 초지능, 초연결화된 시대에서 작전적 제대의 지휘관 및 참모가 작전적 리더십과 통찰력을 통해 전장에서 승리할 수 있다는 내용이다. 따라서, 작전적 통찰력과 리더십을 발전시켜야 한다는 내용이다. 본 논문을 통해 향후 미래전장에서 승리를 거두기 위해 작전적 통찰력과 리더십 연구와 교육훈련의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study has an object in veiw for proposing improvement of the study and training program by establishing the definition of leadership and insight that military leaders should have in the future battlefield environment. The study is referred to military doctrine, academic paper and scholarly journal paper of leadeship and insight. Through this, we established the definition of operational leadership and insight and analyzed the connection of these. This study is that the operational leadership and insight of military leaders can make victory in the future battlefield environment. So, we must improve the operational leadership and insight. Throughout this paper, we propose the necessity of research and training program of operational leadership and insight to win the war in the future battlefield environment.
