중국 대학 한국어 통역 교육에 대한 교수자의 인식 연구

Abstract

The aim of this study is to grasp the current situation for interpretation education through teachers’ awareness. To that end, we surveyed teachers of interpretation in two aspects that are class operation and textbook. The result of the survey on operating of interpretation education, a variety of teachers see the ability to interpretate and speaking ability improves as the most primary aim for interpretation education. The teachers who have a difficult managing the interpretation class presented some of the inadequacies of textbooks, the lack of linguistic ability and level of participation and problem about class environment. Most of the teachers think that a level of learning interest, level of difficulty and appropriateness of class theme lack in terms of the textbook used for interpretation education. Practical visual and auditory materials, the diversification of theme, and a variety of speaking activities are necessary to improve the quality of textbook of interpretation. There is a further significance through this study in that it will serve as the basic material for interpretation education for Korean.
