전문대학 성인학습자의 비교과교육 요구분석에 기반한비교과교육 개선방안 연구

이 연구의 목적은 전문대학 학생역량을 개발하기 위하여 정규교과의 부족한 부분을 보완하고, 비교과교육의 내실화 방안을 마련하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 A 전문대학 1학년 학생 64명을 대상으로 서술식 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 분석하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 비교과교육 요구를 분석하였다. 연구결과 전문대학의 성인학습자들은 졸업 후 취업에 대비하기 위하여 민간자격증 취득을 위한 비교과교육과 실제적 경험을 제공하는 비교과교육을 희망하고 있다. 또한, 전문대학 성인학습자들은 컴퓨터 활용과 관련된 교육을 희망하고 있다. 그리고, 전문대학 성인학습자들은 메타버스, AI, 드론, 스마트폰 등 제4차 산업혁명시대가 필요로 하는 비교과교육을 희망하고 있다. 향후 전문대학은 학생들의 요구조사에 기반하여 현시대의 요구에 대응할 수 있는 비교과교육을 운영해야 할 것이다. 또한, 미래사회의 노동시장의 현장 요구에 부합하는 학생들의 역량을 적극적으로 개발하기 위하여 노력해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to supplement the deficiencies of regular subjects in order to develop student competency at junior colleges and to prepare a plan for substantiating extracurricular curriculum. For this purpose, a descriptive survey was conducted targeting 64 first-year students of A junior college, and based on the results, the needs for extracurricular curriculum were analyzed. As a result of the study, adult learners of junior colleges hope for extracurricular curriculum that provides practical experience and extracurricular curriculum to acquire private qualifications in order to prepare for employment after graduation. In addition, adult learners of junior colleges hope for education related to computer use. And, adult learners of junior colleges are hoping for the extracurricular curriculum needed in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, such as metaverse, AI, drones, and smartphones. And, adult learners of junior colleges are hoping for the extracurricular curriculum needed in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, such as metaverse, AI, drones, and smartphones. In the future, junior colleges will have to operate extracurricular curriculum that can respond to the needs of the present age based on the needs survey of students. In addition, efforts should be made to actively develop students’ competencies that meet the field needs of the future society's labor market.
