연구 목적: 이 연구는 평생교육 단과대학 성인학습자의 비교과프로그램에 대한 인식 및 요구조사를 통해 성인학습자를 위한 비교과프로그램 운영 방향을 설정하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 수도권 A대학의 평생교육 단과대학 성인학습자를 대상으로 비교과프로그램 인식 및 수요에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고, 125명의 응답을 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 성인학습자의 비교과프로그램 및 핵심역량에 대한 인식, 비교과프로그램 참여경험, 향후 비교과프로그램 운영을 위한 수요를 조사하였다. 결론 및 제언: 평생교육 단과대학 성인학습자를 위한 비교과프로그램 운영을 위하여 핵심역량과 연계된 비교과 관리, 다양한 SNS채널을 통한 비교과프로그램 홍보, 자격증 연계 비교과프로그램 및 기초학습지원 프로그램 확대, 직무 역량 개발 프로그램 개설, 활동장학금의 확대를 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the direction of extra-curricular program operation for adult learners through a survey on their perceptions and needs in colleges of lifelong education. The survey aimed to gauge the awareness and demand for extra-curricular programs among adult learners at the College of Lifelong Education, and a total of 125 responses were analyzed. The study investigated adult learners’ awareness of extra-curricular programs and core competencies, their experience participating in extra-curricular programs, and their demand for future extra-curricular program operation. Based on the findings, several proposals were made for the operation of extra-curricular programs for adult learners. These include linking extra-curricular management to core competencies, publicizing the programs through various social media channels, expanding the extra-curricular programs to include certificates and a basic learning support program, introducing a job competency development program, and expanding activity scholarships.
