이 연구는 2010년부터 시작된 핵심부품 국산화 사업을 다루고 있다. 핵심부품국산화 사업의 대상은 대상의 중요성과 국산화 성공 시의 파급력을 고려해 선정하고 있다. ’15년 1월 현재까지 종료된 핵심부품 국산화 과제 14개를 분석하였으며, 핵심부품 국산화 사업의 효율성 증대를 위한 3가지 마일스톤을 식별하였다. 3가지 마일스톤에 기초하여 핵심부품 국산화를 위해 개선된 관리 절차와 체크리스트를 개발하였는데 이 방법들은 기술성숙도 평가 방법과 그것의 체크리스트를 벤치마킹하였다. 또한 개선안을 적용하였을 때의 효율성을 민감도 분석과 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 적용하여 분석하였다.
Abstract
This paper deals with the core-component localization project that began in 2010. The target items for core-component localization are selected according to the difficulty of development and economic ripple effects. Major milestones of core-component localization are derived from analyzing the cause of the failure cases among 14 projects completed by January 2015. In addition, a checklist of each milestone is developed by benchmarking the concept of technology readiness assessment, then a new management procedure is presented by applying the proposed checklist. Finally, the cost effectiveness of applying the proposed management procedure was determined through sensitivity analysis and Monte-Carlo simulation.
