아동음란물 전담조직 필요성에 관한 연구 : 우리나라와 미국 사례를 중심으로

Abstract

Digital sex crimes and child pornography are the latest rapidly emerging factors that undermine public anxiety and a healthy society, and we want to make the following policy suggestions as we must strictly prevent and manage them throughout the country and protect criminals and victims. First, organizations dedicated to child pornography, including pornography, must be set up. Second, in the case of child pornography, the investigation period and procedures are relatively complex and diverse, so appropriate personnel that reflect them must be calculated and deployed. Third, it is necessary to maintain police officers' continuous capacity and mental stress. Fourth, we should carefully examine whether there are any areas or technologies missing from the current child pornography profiling system and consider the conflict of personal information when collecting relevant data or data. Finally, in addition to the U.S., it is necessary to analyze in-depth the organization, manpower, and policies of countries that are good at dealing with pornography and child pornography.
