만학도의 미용전문대학 진학 동기와 교육 만족이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 만학도의 미용전문대학 진학동기와 교육만족이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 현대 사회에서 만학도는 단순한 학습자가 아닌, 자아실현과 직업 역량 강화를 위해 교육에 참여하는 주체로 부각되고 있으며, 본 연구의 목적은 특히 실무 중심의 미용전문대학은 이들에게 중요한 교육 기회를 제공하며 교육 만족을 통해 미칠 삶의 질을 밝히는데 있다. 조사대상자는 2025년 2월 10일부터 2월 27일까지 미용전문대학에 진학한 성인 40명을 대상으로 실시, 예비조사를 통하여 설문지를 수정‧보완하여 측정 문항을 구성하였다. 본 조사는 2025년 3월 20일~4월 10일까지 대구·경북에 거주하는 미용전문대학에 진학한 성인 대상으로 251부의 설문지가 배포되었고, 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석 통계프로그램은 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구목적에 맞춰 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 문항들의 신뢰성 검증을 위하여 Cronbach's a를 실시, 그 외 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 진학동기는 삶의 질 변화에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 욕구동기와 자격동기는 삶의 외형적, 심리적 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습만족도 역시 삶의 질 향상에 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 이런한 결과를 토대로 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 미용전문대학 진학동기가 외형적, 심리적 삶의변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 만학도의 학습만족도는 삶의 변화에 영향을 미치며 만학도들이 교육과 졸업 이후 취·창업 현황에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다.
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the motivation of mature students to enter beauty colleges and the impact of educational satisfaction on their quality of life. In the modern society, mature students are emerging as subjects who participate in education for self-realization and job competency enhancement, not just as learners, and the purpose of this study is to reveal the quality of life effects of educational satisfaction, especially in practical-oriented beauty colleges, which provide important educational opportunities for them. The survey was conducted on 40 adults who entered beauty colleges from February 10, 2025 to February 27, 2025, and the questionnaire was modified and supplemented through a preliminary survey to form the measurement items. From March 20 to April 10, 2025, 251 questionnaires were distributed to adults who entered beauty colleges in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and were used for the final analysis. SPSS 21.0 statistical program was used for data analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's a to verify the reliability of the items, and other regression analysis were conducted according to the purpose of the study. The results of this study are as follows Motivation to go to school had a significant effect on changes in quality of life, and in particular, desire motivation and qualification motivation had a positive effect on external and psychological changes in life. Learning satisfaction was also positively related to quality of life. Based on these results, the study concluded that Motivation to enter beauty college has a positive effect on external and psychological life changes. In addition, the learning satisfaction of mature students has an effect on life changes, and the need for research on the employment and entrepreneurship status of mature students after education and graduation is raised.
