본 연구에서는 국내 자동차 부문 탄소중립 달성을 위한 전기동력차로의 전환시 국내생산․판매․소비 여건에 관한 실태 파악을 하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 세부적으로 기업 측면에서 전기동력차 판매 환경이 조성되었는지, 소비자 측면에서 전기동력차 구입 및 운영비용과 충전 등 편의성에서 우월한지 등의 여건을 분석하고 평가를 통해 탄소중립 전략 수립 및 정책대안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study identifies the current status of domestic production and sales conditions of electric vehicles in Korea. Suggestions on government policy are provided in the preparation of converting to electric-powered vehicles to achieve carbon neutrality in transportation sector. Specifically, domestic production and consumption conditions of electric-powered vehicles were analyzed to determine whether electric vehicles are favorable in terms of profitability, operating costs, and charging convenience in Korean market. Consequently, a carbon neutral strategy is suggested and policy recommendations are provided through the evaluation of market situation and current government policies.
