본 연구에서는 미래차로의 패러다임 전환에 따른 부품업계의 대응 실태 파악과 전환 과정에서의 애로사항 및 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 선행연구 차원에서 국내 자동차 부품업체를 대상으로 설문을 통한 실태조사를 시행하였고, 미래차 전환에 모법적으로 대응하고 있는 부품업체에 방문하여 전환과정에서 겪은 애로사항 및 개선방안을 청취하였으며, 전문가 회의를 통해 미래차 관련 정부 지원사업 및 정책적 발전방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 연구를 토대로 본 연구에서는 부품업계의 미래차 전환 촉진 과제를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study describes the current state of the auto parts industry in response to the paradigm shift toward the future mobility industry, suggesting policy implications based on obstacles and difficulties that companies face in such a transition process. To obtain practical implications, we conducted a survey on domestic auto parts companies using questionnaires, and interviews by visitation to parts companies that are responding effectively to growing needs for the future mobility, that is, conversion from conventional vehicles into hi-tech and green ones seeking for zero-emission. Moreover, during the meetings, we collected expert opinions regarding the government’s R&D projects related to the future mobility. Based on the results, we suggest multilateral solutions to improve government policy and induce auto parts companies to transform themselves into innovative firms for the future mobility.
