초록
Seogye Park Sedang's Jowuigi includes Jowui(朝儀 : the ceremony of Joseon's diplomatic corps for an emperor of Ch’ing at New Year's Day) and Sayeon(賜宴 : the afternoon banquet held by the Emperor). This record, Jowuigi is not only entered into particulars, but also reflected the writer Park Sedang' view of point. So the record serves a guide about those days. Especially Park paid sharp attention to the movements of Kang Hui Je(康熙帝), an emperor of Ch’ing, throughout the ceremony of Joseon's diplomatic corps for the emperor at the court in the emperor's palace, Taehwajeon(太和殿). He also ascertained the situation of Joseon being treated discriminately against Mongolia(蒙古). The underestimation for Joseon was made certain again by the seating plan and laying the table at the afternoon banquet. The play and dance formed into a combat didn't look elegant at all at the banquet held by the Emperor. The feudal lords danced on the stone steps in the emperor's palace, Taehwajeon, that day. To him it seemed to be barbarous. Park was with a heavy heart that day, filled with nostalgia on the Ming dynasty.
