Abstract

Poverty policy in Japan had increased farmer's poverty as well as even widened distinction between rich and poor resulted from promoting triflization of agricultural size and tenant farmization as capitalizing Chosun in forceful occupation era through Japanese imperialistic rule. As Japan made the framework of colonial landowner system as well as destroyed the basis of agricultural economy and exploited farmer's land with land inquiry project, rice product propagation plan, pillage of monetary circulation, most of land was owned by Japanese who has high capital power or Japan company. Most of them went out from countryside to overseas as tenancy farmer or agricultural labor and poor class was formed by downfalling as fire field farmer and the urban poor.
