The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of the field of education by study of justice and friendship as Aristoteles' community virtue. Aristoteles presented the justice and friendship as community virtue. Justice is the best virtue that could be practiced to other person as an activity of community life. Justice brings lots of benefits to community by solving various conflicts and inequalities, which could occur in community life. Aristoteles defined a distributive justice, a rectificatory justice and a reciprocity justice. Friendship is an essential virtue of community life because it could harmonize the members of community. Friendship aims at usefulness and pleasant, and is based on good. Friendship is a basic virtue to practice a good in community life. Justice and friendship as virtues of community should be practiced also in school of small community. Aristoteles' community virtue such as justice and friendship give following suggestions to the current education field in which individualism is widespread. First, an opportunity and contents of education should be based on a learners' real ability and aptitude. Second, a teacher must help for learners to have a friendship aiming a good. Third, in addition of knowing the subject of virtue, learners should have enough opportunities to practice the virtue of community through the special activities. Fourth, teacher, learner and parents who are constituents of school community should cooperate each other with trust of mutual understanding.
