호국도시 부산과 전쟁기념관의 건축적 의의

Abstract

This paper aims to think about building a War Memorial Hall to add Busan as a Patriotic-city to Busan, a tourist city centered on the ocean and entertainment. During the Go-ryeo, Jo-seon period and Korean war, Busan, as a trade center, was a patriotic city that had a lot of pain as a foreign invasion and sublimated the pain to the Patriotic-city. So there are more than 55 patriotic facilities. But we know Busan only as a tourist course in Korea. In order to be constructed as a building with any architectural value as a place where our people and the world will pay attention and not forget, we investigated what architectural meaning should be constructed. And to know how can we connect Busan’s image and patriotic-city image using historical storytelling, we investigated case of UN Memorial Park in Busan. Busan War Memorial Hall should be narrated to communicate with the building itself. Through this narrative, the citizens and the youths should be used as a place of education for the security guards. Busan War Memorial Hall should also be an architecture that can solve the collective language of the state, security, war and peace in the individual language.
