This thesis deals with decision making in personal affairs in the adult guardianship system of Korea. The purpose of the study is to search a reasonable interpretation and legislative alternatives on problems thereof. This dissertation is organized as follows;After the introduction of ChapterⅠ, it reviews the concept and the scope of personal affairs in the adult guardianship, a decision making thereon made by a guardian, the doctrine of respect for intention and personal consideration of adult ward. Chapter Ⅴ includes summary of the thesis results, a suggestion of legislative alternatives, and an increase of the personnel and facilities of Family Court.
Abstract
