近代 러시아 文盲退治 運動과 移住 韓人의 國語敎育 硏究 - <先鋒> 報道 記事를 中心으로 -

이 연구는 近代 러시아 지역의 文盲退治 運動과 移住 韓人의 國語敎育 전개 양상을 고찰하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 러시아 정부는 볼셰비키 혁명 이후부터 본격적인 社會主義化를 단행했다. 또한 소수민족을 ‘사회주의 건설’에 유입시키기 위한 敎育機關網을 넓히고, 교육사업의 質을 높이며, 母國語 敎育과 少數民族 서적을 出版하는 등의 사업을 施行했다. 이와 함께 러시아 全 지역을 대상으로 문맹퇴치 운동을 활발하게 전개하였다. 이는 소수민족의 모국어 교육을 擴散시키는 계기로 작용했으며, 결과적으로 韓人들에게는 일종의 국어교육 운동에 속하기도 했다. 구체적인 분석에서는 다음과 같은 사항을 주시했다. 첫째, 韓人社會의 문맹퇴치 운동의 전개상을 고찰하고자 1) 文化事業으로서 文盲退治 運動, 2) 文盲退治 運動과 母國語 敎育의 擴散 등의 문제를 살폈다. 둘째, 고려인 文盲退治學校 敎育의 實際를 살피고자 1) 敎師陣과 敎育 對象, 2) 敎育 內容과 方法 등을 分析하였다.
Abstract
This study considers modern Russian campaign to abolish illiteracy and development of Korean language education by Korean. Russian government carried out regular socialization. Educational institution had been widened, quality of educational enterprise had been upgraded, and work for publishing books of ethnic minority had been promoted to win the minority race over to the government. The campaign to abolish illiteracy was developed into the whole area of Russia, and mother tongue education of the minority race spreaded by this movement. As a result, it can belong to kind of the education movement of national Korean language for Korean people. There are detailed analysis points. First:to find development of campaign to abolish illiteracy in Korean society, the follows are considered. 1) campaign to abolish illiteracy as a cultural enterprise, 2) campaign to abolish illiteracy and spread of mother tongue education. Second:to find true nature of Russian Koreans’ campaign to abolish illiteracy, the follows are analyzed. 1) Teachers and educational objects, 2) Educational contents and method.
