「간편 신체적 자아개념 검사」(PSI-VSF-ID)의 중도 지체장애학생에의 적용 가능성 탐색

초록

이 연구에서는 Maïano 등(2009)이 지적장애 청소년을 대상으로 개발한 「간편 신체적 자아개념 검사」(PSI-VSF-ID)가 중도 지체장애학생에게도 적용될 수 있는지에 대한 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 이를 위해 기존의 검사도구를 우리나라 실정에 맞게 번안한 다음, 중도 지체장애학생을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시한 후 「그림반응척도」와 「리커트반응척도」로 각각 제작하였다. 본 조사는 전국 18개 지체장애 특수학교의 중학교 이상 과정에 재학 중인 중도 지체장애학생 163명을 대상으로 두 개의 척도를 1주일 간격으로 각각 실시하였다. 본 조사를 실시한 후 두 개의 척도에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보았다. 먼저, 신뢰도 검증 결과,「리커트반응척도」는 문항내적일치도가 .863,「그림반응척도」는 .861로 나타났다. 요인별 신뢰도 검증 결과,「리커트반응척도」는 전반적자아개념 요인이 .5미만의 문항내적일치도를 보였고,「그림반응척도」는 모든 요인이 .5이상인 것으로 나타났다. 구인타당도를 검증한 결과, 표준카이제곱값은「리커트반응척도」3.112,「그림반응척도」 1.426, 비교부합도지수는「리커트반응척도」 .900,「그림반응척도」.979, 투커루이스지수는 「리커트반응척도」.801,「그림반응척도」.959, 표준화평균잔차값은「리커트반응척도」.067, 「그림반응척도」.057, 모집단원소간평균차이값의 평균값은「리커트반응척도」.114,「그림반응척도」 .051로 나타났다.「그림반응척도」만을 대상으로 위계적 구조 모형을 검증한 결과 적합한 모형인 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 중도 지체장애학생의 신체적 자아개념을 측정할 수 있는 도구가 개발되어 있지 않는 상황에서 새로 개발된 외국의 신체적 자아개념 도구의 적용 가능성을 탐색해 보았다는 데 그 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

This study were investigated to explore the applicability of 「the Very Short Form of the Physical Self-Inventory」(PSI-VSF-ID), Maïano et al. (2009) developed for youth with intellectual disabilities, to students with severe physical disabilities. PSI-VSF-ID tool, developed each of「Likert Response Scale」and「Figure Response Scale」, was translated into Korean and preliminary investigation was conducted by 26 people with severe physical disabilities students.. Main investigation was conducted by 163 students with severe physical disabilities enrolled in middle school or higher courses in 18 special schools, each weekly according to protocol sent by researcher. After investigation, reliability and construct validation was verified. The finding is as follows. First, the result of reliability verification, the inter-item consistency of「Likert Response Scale」was .863, that of「Figure Response Scale」was .861. The result of reliability verification by factors, the global self-concept was less than .5 in「Likert Response Scale」, all factors was more than .5 in「Figure Response Scale」. The result of construct validation, normed chi-square was 3.112 in「Likert Response Scale」and 1.426 in「Figure Response Scale」, CFI was .900 in「Likert Response Scale」and .979 in「Figure Response Scale」, TLI was .801 in「Likert Response Scale」and .959 in「Figure Response Scale」, SRMR was .067 in 「Likert Response Scale」and .057 in「Figure Response Scale」, Average value of RMSEA was .114 in「Likert Response Scale」and .051 in「Figure Response Scale」. The result of verification hierarchical model of physical self-concept applying to「Figure Response Scale」was fit model. This study suggested the possibility of utilizing the tools to measure physical self-concept of students with severe physical disabilities as a simpler and more easily.
