본 연구의 목적은 제4차 산업혁명의 시대에 급속히 발전하고 있는 글로벌 휴머노이드 로봇 산업 중에서, 이를 선도하고 있는 중국 정부의 휴머노이드 산업에 대한 육성 정책과 이에 연동하는 중국의 휴머노이드 로봇 기업의 발전 상황을 중점적으로 분석함으로써, 향후 한국의 관련 산업 발전에 대한 구체적인 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 핵심적인 분석 대상은 중국의 중앙 및 지방정부가 추진한 휴머노이드 산업 지원 정책과 이의 구체적인 성과 지표라고 할 수 있는 중국 휴머노이드 기업들의 발전 현황이다. 이 같은 연구를 위해 본 논문은 연구 방법으로써 중국 중앙 및 지방 정부의 산업 지원정책 문건과 산업 통계 및 주요한 휴모노이드 기업의 발전 상황을 분석하였다. 이 결과, 중국 정부는 산업 정책의 연속성과 정부 주도의 산업 생태계 조성을 통해서 중국 휴머노이드 로봇 산업의 혁신에 성공하였으며, 향후 2027년까지 글로벌 휴모노이드 산업을 이끄는 선도 국가로의 진입을 목표로 하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 향후 한국이 휴머노이드 산업을 육성하기 위해서는 산업 지원 정책의 장기적인 일관성과 산학연 협력 체계를 구축할 필요가 있음을 강조하고 싶다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the cultivation policies of the humanoid robot industry led by the Chinese government in the rapidly developing global humanoid robot industry during the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, as well as the current development status of Chinese humanoid robot enterprises associated with it, in order to provide specific insights for the future development of related industries in South Korea. Therefore, the core analysis object of this study is the support policies for the humanoid robot industry promoted by the central and local governments in China, as well as the development status of Chinese humanoid robot enterprises as specific outcome indicators of this policy. In order to conduct the above research, the research method adopted in this paper includes analyzing the industrial support policy documents of the central and local governments in China, industrial statistical data, and the development situation of major humanoid robot enterprises. The research results show that the Chinese government has successfully promoted innovation in the humanoid robot industry through the continuity of industrial policies and the construction of a government led industrial ecosystem, with the goal of becoming the leading country in the global humanoid robot industry by 2027. Therefore, this study aims to emphasize that in order to cultivate the humanoid robot industry in South Korea in the future, it is necessary to establish a long-term consistency of industrial support policies and a system of industry university research cooperation.
