목적: 이 연구의 목적은 헤어커트 서비스러닝 프로그램에 참여한 재학생을 46명을 대상으로 프로그램 참여 전과 후 참여효과를 분석하고자 한다. 방법: 서비스러닝 프로그램에 참여한 46명을 대상으로 자기효능감, 진로 설계, 지역사회 참여의식에 유의한 변화가 있는지를 검증하기 위해 단일군의 사전, 사후로 설계하여 검증하였다. 통계분석방법으로 먼저 연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 대해 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 재학생들의 서비스러닝 프로그램 참여효과를 알아보기 위하여 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 결과: 서비스러닝 프로그램이 재학생들의 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증한 결과 사전 평균 3.74점에서 사후 평균 3.93점으로 0.19점이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 진로 설계에 미치는 효과는 사전 평균 3.78점에서 사후 평균 3.98점으로 0.20점이 유의미하게 향상되었으며, 지역사회 참여의식은 사전 평균 3.83점에서 사후 평균 3.97점으로 0.14점이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 결론: 이 연구의 결과는 헤어커트 서비스러닝 프로그램 참여 재학생들은 자기효능감, 진로 및 설계, 지역사회 참여의식이 유의미한 향상이 확인되었다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the effects of participating in a haircut service learning program on 46 students enrolled in the Department of Cosmetology Science. Methods: A pre-and post-test design was used to verify whether there are significant changes in self-efficacy, career planning, and awareness of community participation among the participants in the program. As a statistical analysis method, frequency analysis was first conducted to examine the general characteristics of the research participants, and a paired sample t-test was conducted to investigate the effects of participation. Results: The effects of the service learning program on the self-efficacy of students in the Department of Cosmetology Science were tested, and the results showed a significant improvement of 0.19 points, from a pre-test mean of 3.74 to a post-test mean of 3.93. The effects on career planning career increased significantly by 0.20 points, from a pre-measure of 3.78 to a post-measure of 3.98, and the effect on the awareness of community participation increased significantly by 0.14 points, from a pre-measure of 3.83 to a post-measure of 3.97. Conclusion: The results of the study demonstrated that students who participated in the haircut service learning program showed significant improvements in self-efficacy, career planning, and awareness of community participation.
