2022 개정 교육과정에서 새롭게 도입된 고등학교 융합 선택 과목인 ‘언어생활과 한자’의 평가 방향을 제시하기 위해, 현장에서 활용 중인 7종 교과서에 수록된 지필 평가 문항을 분석하였다. 우선 각 교과서의 문항을 성취 기준에 따라 유형별로 분류한 후, 성취 기준에 부합하지 않는 문항, 문항의 성립은 가능하나 지양해야 할 문항, 한문 교과의 범위를 벗어난 문항으로 세분화하여 부적절한 평가 유형을 도출하였다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 ‘언어생활과 한자’ 평가의 방향을 언어생활 활용, 교과학습 어휘, 협력적 소통 실천 중심의 문항 개발로 제안하여 교사들이 교수ㆍ학습 및 평가를 설계할 때 도움을 주고자 하였다.
Abstract
Paper-based assessment items from seven textbooks used in the high school elective subject “Chinese Characters in Korean Language Life”, introduced in the 2022 revised national curriculum in Korea, were analyzed to propose a direction for effective evaluation. The items were first categorized according to achievement standards. Inappropriate question types were then identified and classified into three categories: those misaligned with achievement standards, those that are technically valid but discouraged, and those beyond the scope of the classical Chinese curriculum. Based on this analysis, the evaluation of “Chinese Characters in Korean Language Life” is suggested to focus on three key areas: practical language use, acquisition of subject-specific vocabulary, and the practice of collaborative communication. These suggestions aim to provide practical guidance for teachers in designing and implementing instruction and assessment.
